A bustling port city, Muscat is the capital of the predominantly mountainous desert Oman. Offering shopping, scuba diving, hiking, kitesurfing, beaches, museums and numerous tours, combined with an extremely low crime rate, Muscat is deservedly an up and coming travel destination for the adventurous world wanderers.

One of seven Canary Islands belonging to Spain, located about 125 km off the coast of west Africa, the volcanic island Lanzarote is the most eastern of the seven. Often overlooked, Lanzarote has much to offer in the way of Beaches and Sports as well as it’s unique wine.
Some of the many sports which the island seems perfect for due to comfortable temperatures and little rain include cycling / mountain biking, hiking, golf, windsurfing, and scuba diving.
Kaş, a quaint little Turkish town laying on the Turquoise Coast in the province of Antalya, has much to offer considering it is relatively unspoilt. Tourists vacation at this small fishing town for a variety of reasons, including Diving, Yachting, Jazz Concerts, Art Festivals, Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Hiking and good old fashioned relaxation. Oh yes, and of course the food!

We had the fabulous opportunity this winter of travelling from Ontario, Canada to Lake Okeechobee, Florida, USA with our 5th Wheel and what a fabulous experience it has been! The photo album is a great reminder of all the wonders of The Big O.
