On our recent trip to the village of Elora in Ontario, Canada, we had the opportunity to eat at a family owned and operated establishment, The Gorge Country Kitchen. The eatery was recommended to us by a local resident after a request for an affordable insiders tip, serving Canadian food with a casual atmosphere and licensed to serve alcohol.

The quaint village of Elora, Ontario, Canada has so much to offer including Art Galleries, Parks, Tubing, Hiking, Fishing, Canoeing, Ziplining, Limestone Architecture, Casino, Horse Racing, Restaurants, Pubs, Cafes and even a beach! This small town is a perfect tourist attraction; no matter what kind of tourist you are, there really is something for everyone.
Although a small town of approximately 4000 inhabitants, Elora shines when it comes to entertainment.

Who doesn’t like “old” cars? Everybody has a memory or two that includes a classic automobile and if not, simply enjoys the sleek beauty of the lines and curves of day gone by. For some it is muscle cars, others like hot rods or Ford and Chevy classics; everyone is connected to some style. Volkswagen, Corvette, Charger, Studebaker, Roadster, Mercedes, Lincoln, Edsel or Thunderbird, there is a flavour for every taste!
On Saturday, May 28, 2016, we visited the annual Cruisin’ Home Car Show in St. Jacobs, Ontario, Canada.
